Order Processing

All IronAura products are made to order.

Please allow 1–5 business days for printing, quality checks, packing, and dispatch. Processing time may vary depending on the product, print method, order volume, and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on your PIN code, courier availability, and shipping method.

For most orders within India, the estimated total timeline is:

3–14 business days from the date of order

Some locations, remote PIN codes, public holidays, weather disruptions, courier delays, or India Post shipments may take longer. India Post deliveries may take approximately 3–15 working days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier partner and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Address

Please enter your full and correct name, phone number, address, PIN code, and landmark at checkout.

IronAura is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or return-to-origin orders caused by an incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable delivery address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted printing and courier partners, delays may happen due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, service disruptions, or events outside our control.

We will support you with tracking and delivery updates where possible, but IronAura cannot guarantee courier delivery times.
